- What does a move-out clean include?
- Full deep clean: kitchens (inside cabinets, oven, fridge, freezer), bathrooms (full grout, exhaust fans), all floors, baseboards, blinds, light fixtures. Photos sent on completion.
- Do you serve the Cove and Lynn Haven?
- Yes, plus St. Andrews, Cedar Grove, and the bayfront neighborhoods. Bay County mainland is our core area.
- Can you handle condos along 98?
- Yes. Rental-by-owner condo turnovers are a regular part of our schedule. Smaller homes than the beach but same standards.
- Post-construction cleans?
- Yes. Drywall dust, paint splatter, and final polish on the buildouts and remodels moving through town.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. General liability and workers comp on every job, bonding for property access. Happy to provide a COI when you book.
